MommyFest is organised by Strategic Engagement & Event Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information connected with MommyFest websites, registrations, ticketing, communications and event participation.
02Information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with MommyFest, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, city, ticket and transaction reference, ticket type, attendance and check-in information, support requests, optional profile or preference information you choose to provide, raffle or competition entries, and photographs, video or audio captured in connection with the event.
If you provide information about a child, you confirm you are the parent or guardian or are otherwise authorised to provide it.
03Why we use it
We use personal information to process or verify registrations and tickets; send booking, event and safety updates; manage entry and onsite experiences; respond to support requests; administer raffles or competitions; measure event participation and improve future editions; maintain event records; and, where you have chosen to receive them, send MommyFest community, marketing and future-event communications.
Cookies and device information
Our systems and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand how visitors use it, measure performance and support relevant advertising.
The information collected can vary by device and settings. You can restrict cookies through your browser controls, although parts of the site may not function as intended if essential cookies are disabled.
04Marketing choice
Marketing and community updates are optional. They are not a condition of purchasing a ticket. You can unsubscribe or withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe method provided in the message or by contacting hello@mommyfest.in. Operational messages needed to service an existing booking may still be sent.
05Payment information
Payments are handled through the applicable ticketing and payment service providers. Their privacy and payment terms also apply. MommyFest uses booking and transaction information needed to manage the event and does not use payment credentials for marketing.
06Service providers
We may use service providers for ticketing, payments, registration technology, email or WhatsApp communications, venue and security operations, event production, analytics and official photography or video. They should receive only the information reasonably required for the service they provide.
07Sponsors and exhibitors
We do not automatically share attendee personal data with sponsors or exhibitors. A partner may receive your information if you choose to scan its QR code, complete its form, enter its promotion or otherwise consent to sharing directly with that partner. The partner's own privacy notice then applies.
08Event photography and video
MommyFest is documented through photography and video. General crowd and event footage may be used in MommyFest editorial, archival and promotional communications. For interviews, testimonials, posed portraits and other featured content, we use a separate consent process. Parents and guardians provide consent for featured minors.
09Children
We aim to collect as little personal data about children as reasonably necessary. Ticketing or activity details relating to a child should be provided by a parent or guardian. We do not intentionally use children's contact information for direct marketing.
10Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, event administration, legal or accounting requirements, dispute handling and legitimate event archives. We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information, while recognising that no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
11Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about your personal information, request correction, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, unsubscribe from marketing, or raise a privacy concern. Where a request affects information needed to provide an already-purchased service, we will explain the practical consequence.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements or operational practices. Changes take effect when published, and the updated date appears at the top of this page.
