01About these terms
By purchasing, accepting, holding or using a MommyFest ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. “Organizer” means Strategic Engagement & Event Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (SEES), trading as MommyFest.
These Terms apply to tickets, registrations and attendance at MommyFest 2026. By purchasing or using a ticket, registering, or entering the event, you agree to these Terms. If you book for a child or another person, you are responsible for making them aware of the relevant event rules.
The Organizer may update these terms when reasonably necessary. Updated terms take effect when published on this website.
02Event details
MommyFest 2026 is scheduled for Saturday, 10 October 2026 at Sunder Nursery, New Delhi. Gates open at 10:00 AM, scheduled programming begins from 11:00 AM, and the festival is planned to close at 9:00 PM. Timings may be adjusted for venue, safety, weather, production or operational reasons.
03Tickets, passes and entry
Tickets are valid only for the date, ticket type and quantity purchased. A Family ticket admits 2 adults and 1 child. Child tickets are for ages 3–12; children under 3 do not require a separate MommyFest ticket; attendees aged 13 and over require an Adult ticket.
Please carry your booking confirmation or QR code and any identification reasonably requested for verification. Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain. Any permitted transfer or name change is subject to the rules of the booking platform.
04Sunder Nursery entry
MommyFest ticket prices do not include Sunder Nursery's own entry fee or venue access charge unless a ticket is specifically described as including it. Any venue fee is payable in accordance with Sunder Nursery's current rules.
05What your ticket includes
Your ticket provides access to the general MommyFest festival programme and open experiences appropriate to your ticket type. Capacity-limited sessions, workshops or activities may operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Selected premium, material-based or partner-run activities may carry an additional charge; where this applies, it will be stated at the activity.
06Children and supervision
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Parents and guardians remain responsible for their children throughout the event. Kids Discovery activities are not a drop-off childcare service unless an activity is expressly described and staffed as supervised. Age, height, capacity or safety restrictions may apply to individual activities.
07Programme changes
Speakers, artists, session timings, activities, layouts and zones may change. MommyFest may make reasonable substitutions or changes for safety, weather, venue, production, availability or audience experience. A change to one speaker, session, activity or timing does not by itself constitute cancellation of the event.
08Refunds and cancellation
Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase, tickets are non-refundable. If MommyFest is cancelled, ticket refund handling will be communicated through the original booking channel and may be subject to the booking platform's process and fee rules. If an event is postponed or materially rescheduled, attendees will be informed of the applicable ticket options through the booking channel. Nothing in this clause limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
09Re-entry
Same-day re-entry is permitted with an intact event wristband or valid ticket and is subject to security screening and venue rules. Wristbands must not be transferred between attendees.
10Food, baby essentials and personal items
Venue and security rules may restrict outside food, beverages and certain items. Baby food, infant formula, feeding bottles, medically required food or drink, and prescribed medication should be permitted subject to reasonable security and venue requirements. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
11Photography and filming
MommyFest is a photographed and filmed event. Attendees may appear incidentally in crowd shots, stage-audience coverage and general event documentation used for MommyFest editorial, archival and promotional communications.
Where our team wishes to feature you or your child as the principal subject of a posed portrait, interview, testimonial or similar content, we will seek separate consent. Parents and guardians provide consent for featured minors. If you prefer not to be identifiable in event content, please tell the Registration Desk and our team will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this.
12Personal photography
Personal photography and ordinary mobile-phone video are welcome, provided they do not disrupt sessions, invade another attendee's privacy or interfere with event operations. Professional or commercial filming, live broadcast, or use of professional production equipment requires prior written approval. Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff and venue management.
13Raffles, giveaways and prizes
The Grand Raffle is open to eligible attendees aged 18 and over who have completed event check-in. One entry is permitted per eligible attendee unless a specific draw states otherwise. Winners must be present when the prize is drawn and must claim within the announced period; otherwise MommyFest may redraw.
Prizes are not exchangeable for cash unless expressly stated. Sponsor-provided prizes may carry additional redemption, expiry, travel, age or availability conditions. For any separate kids' draw, a parent or guardian must claim the prize on behalf of a minor.
14Safety, search and conduct
Please follow reasonable instructions from venue, security and event staff. MommyFest may refuse entry or remove a person for unsafe, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful or materially disruptive behaviour, or for serious breach of event rules.
Security personnel may search ticket holders and their belongings at entry. Refusing a search, or possessing a prohibited item, may result in admission being denied without refund or compensation.
Prohibited items
Unless expressly permitted by the venue, food, beverages, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, large bags, lighters, matchboxes, flammable items, illegal substances and hazardous materials are not allowed inside the venue or seating areas.
Conduct
This is a drug-free event. The Organizer may refuse admission or remove anyone who appears intoxicated, is under the influence of drugs, behaves dangerously or inappropriately, or engages in conduct likely to cause harassment, nuisance, damage or injury. No refund or compensation will be due. Legal action may be taken where permitted by law.
Alcohol may be purchased or consumed only by persons who meet the legally permissible age and any applicable venue requirements.
15Brand activations and lead capture
Exhibitors and sponsors may run their own QR codes, forms, contests, samples or offers. If you choose to share information directly with a partner, that partner's own privacy notice and terms apply. MommyFest does not automatically provide attendee personal data to sponsors or exhibitors merely because they are event partners.
16Liability
MommyFest will take reasonable care in organising the event. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss arising from personal belongings, attendee negligence, third-party products or services, or circumstances outside reasonable event control.
To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer does not accept responsibility for personal injury, or for loss of or damage to property brought to the event, except where caused by the Organizer's negligence or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
17Privacy and communications
Personal information is handled in accordance with the MommyFest Privacy Policy. Booking and operational messages necessary to deliver your ticket or event experience are different from optional marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing at any time without affecting a valid booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes or claims are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
